I'm Kris Xu.

I'm a student exploring the human side of technology.

My work brings together AI, user research, interactive design, and storytelling. Across education, health, and culture, I am interested in how understanding people can shape the things we build.

I have developed learning tools, designed health-related prototypes, and created games and videos. Community teaching, photography, and tennis are also part of my life.

Learning, health, and culture.
Connected by curiosity.

I explore how AI, design, and storytelling can make learning and everyday experiences more accessible.

01

Listen first

At a primary school in Lhunzhub County, I surveyed students, conducted interviews, and spoke with teachers to inform Plateau Quest.

02

Build together

I have led a three-member technical team, collaborated on health and game projects, and helped connect my school with AI learning opportunities.

03

Design with context

Local cultural contexts shape Plateau Quest’s learning materials and the recommendation framework in my English-learning research.

04

Keep exploring

My projects span apps, games, AI video, photography, and user research. Each medium offers a different way to understand and communicate ideas.

About this site.

A personal portfolio about learning, health, and culture. The visual design is a local reconstruction of Seán Halpin’s portfolio, adapted to my own projects.

Project visuals include concept illustrations and actual prototype screenshots, identified individually. Plateau Quest and Morrow include actual interface screenshots; Morrow also has a working local demo.
